Susan Ochoa Spiering is a registered Patent Attorney with more than 25 years of experience. Susan obtained her Juris Doctor from Williams Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and previously had earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Currently, she is licensed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has a license to practice in Texas. Through her years of experience, she has helped entrepreneurs and inventors obtain patent and other protection for new processes, ideas, machines, and products. Susan’s areas of expertise include patent prosecution and acquisition, patent and trademark enforcement, patent litigation, preparation and/or review of agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Professional memberships held by Susan include the Corpus Christi Bar Association, State Bar of Texas
Grievance Committee, and Communities in Schools board of director.

Anna Kinney is a registered patent agent who is licensed with the United States Patent and Trade Office, and she was a former patent examiner and has a background in chemical engineering. James J. Mullen, another associate, is a registered patent attorney who is licensed to practice law in Texas, Florida, and Missouri. He holds over 30 years of experience in patent law.
